Fried roses: the delicious and fragrant sweets!

You only need a glass to make amazing roses in no time!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 tbsp oil
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar
250g (2 cups) flour
1 tsp baking powder
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients for the dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll it out and make many little circles.
  3. Transfer about 4-5 pieces onto the glass, and flip them over making roses.
  4. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
