You only need some potatoes to make something unique in no time!

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes
Water
Olive oil
Aromatic herbs
Oil for brushing

METHOD
1. Peal the potatoes and cut them on mandoline. Transfer to the bowl and pour the water. Press them with your hands to wash them well.
2. Drain the potatoes and transfer them to the cloth. Press them with your hands to remove the excess water.
3. In a bowl mix the olive oil and aromatic herbs. Add the potato slices and mix them well to cover with the oil.
4. Arrange 4 potato slices on a cutting board and roll them up.
5. In a muffin tray start adding the potato slices to obtain the rose shape.
6. Transfer to the oven and bake at 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes.
