Shortcrust pastry roses: the beautiful and delicious cookies!

Easy to make and just gorgeous!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
250g Cottage cheese
2 egg yolks
120g (1 cup) Sugar
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
100g Butter
280g (2 1/4 cups) Flour
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together cheese, butter, egg yolk, salt and sugar. Add in flour and baking powder.
- Roll out the dough and cut small circles on it.
- ut 4 pieces onto another and roll them, then divide into two pieces and make a flower.
- Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180°C ( 350°F) for 20 minutes.
