Shortcrust pastry roses: how to make beautiful biscuits!

INGREDIENTS
320g (3 cups) of flour
270g (1 cup) of ricotta cheese
140g (3/4 cup) of sugar
120g (1/2 cup) of butter
2 egg yolks
16g of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 tsp of salt
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together cheese, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and salt.
2. Add flour and baking powder. Knead until dough forms.
3. Divide it into 8 pieces roll out each and cut into 6 triangles.
4. Fold them into the flower.
5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
