Shortcrust pastry idea

Instructions:
2 sheets shortcrust pastry.
For the berry flower baskets:

1 cup black currants;
3 tbsp sugar;
1 tbsp flour;
1 tsp cornstarch.
For the envelopes:
3 tbsp sugar;
1 tbsp flour;
1 tsp cornstarch.

Instructions
For the flower baskets cut out flower or star shapes out of a sheet of pastry.
Put each flower into a small muffin tin, poke the bottom with a fork and freeze for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile combine black currants with sugar, cornstarch and flour. Fill each pastry basket with berries and bake at 190 C/375F for 15 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar.
For the envelopes cut out three squares out of one sheet of pastry. Brush the edges of each squire with some water and fold as shown on the video. Add cut out heart shape for decoration.
Fold some tinfoil, brush it with vegetable oil and insert into each envelope.
Brush each envelope with egg wash, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 200C/400F for 20-25 minutes.
Remove tinfoil and fill each envelope with strawberry jam.
