Shortcrust pastry flowers: a unique and delicious treat!

Easy, delicious and quick to make. These are perfect to serve at tea! INGREDIENTS
for the shortcrust pastry:
400g flour
100g powdered sugar
100g butter
a pinch of salt
1 egg
hazelnut cream
jam
powdered sugar, as needed
DIRECTIONS
Roll out the shortcrust pastry ( not too thin) and cut out some flowers with a cookie cutter. Carefully place each flower into a cupcake mold leaving the petals outside the cup.
With a fork, put some holes in the bottom of each flower. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Let them cool and fill them with anything you like.
