Shortcrust spoons: an amazing recipe you’ll want to try immediately!

Place a spoon on a piece of shortcrust pastry, the result is unbelievable!
INGREDIENTS
shortcrust pastry (300g flour, 100g powdered sugar, 120g butter, a packet of vanilla essence, 1 egg and one teaspoon of baking powder)
hazelnut spread
chopped hazelnuts
powdered sugar
whipped cream

DIRECTIONS
1. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place the spoons on top. Cut out the shape of the spoons.
2. On a sheet of parchment paper, turn the spoons over and place the shortcrust cutouts over the backs of the spoons.
3. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes and let them cool completely.
4. Serve with hazelnut spread or any cream you like.

TIP: The shortcrust must be compact and not crumbly. This will avoid the spoons falling apart.
