Savory homemade Ravioli: you’ll never want to buy them again!

1. Heat up milk, butter, and salt in a pan. Stir in the sifted flour. Let it cool completely.
2. Once it has cooled, carefully roll out the dough. Using a glass, or a food ring mold, cut out some circles.
3. Fill each circle with anything you like and then fold the pasta dough over to make a half-moon shape. Dip in some flour, then in egg and finally breadcrumbs.
4. Fry them in hot oil or bake them at 190°C for 25 minutes.
