Homemade freselle: make them by following just a few simple steps!

They really are better when homemade!
INGREDIENTS
250ml water
10g fresh yeast
2 tsp olive oil
200g all-purpose flour
10g salt
250g whole wheat flour

DIRECTIONS
1. Make the dough by melting the yeast in the water then, add the olive oil, flour and salt. Let it rise for two hours.
2. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll the dough into a donut shape.
3. Let them rise for one hour and then bake them at 170°C for 20 minutes.
4. Slice the donuts in half and bake them again at 160°C for 20 minutes.
5. Let them cool completely and store them in a plastic bag.
