INGREDIENTS
450g flour
125ml water
125ml milk
2tsp salt
15g fresh yeast
4 tsp olive oil
450g flour
125ml water
125ml milk
2tsp salt
15g fresh yeast
4 tsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Dissolve the yeast in the water, add the oil, and then gradually mix in the flour. Add the salt and continue kneading the dough until it is smooth. Cover it with a tea towel and let it rise for about two hours inside the oven with the light on. When the dough has doubled in size, roll it out into a rectangle; lay the slices of ham down first, then the salami, and the cheese cut into cubes (You can also add hardboiled eggs if you like) season with pepper and a dusting of Parmesan cheese. Roll it up and then cut it into 3cm slices. Let them rise for an additional hour and them bake them at 180°C for 30 minutes. If you want a golden and crunchy top, brush the rolls with egg wash (a mixture of egg yolk and milk).
