INGREDIENTS
6 egg yolks
140g of sugar
70ml of Marsala
METHOD
1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
2. Whisk the yolks and sugar until you get a frothy mixture.
3. Heat in a saucepan until it reaches 80°C.
4. Whisk again while letting it cool down.
