Savory chiacchiere: an Italian recipe to try!

Crispy and delicious, this recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
200 g flour
1 egg
40 g Butter
1 tbsp white wine
1/2 salt
1/3 pepper
For frying
q.s. Sunflower oil
To accompany
q.s. Cured meat
q.s. Cheeses
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix the flour with salt, pepper, egg, chopped butter and wine, make the dought.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Roll it out in a thin sheet. Cut it into the pieces. Fry into the hot oil from both sides until golden brown.
