Cookies stuffed with dates and almonds: you'll want to try them right away!

INGREDIENTS
320g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
120g of butter 
1/3 tsp of salt  
120g (1/2 cup) of sour cream 
2 egg yolks 
8g of baking powder 
12 dates 
Almonds
Powdered sugar 

METHOD 
1. In a bowl mix together flour, butter, salt, egg yolks, and sour cream.
2. Fill dates with almonds.
3. Divide the dough into 12 pieces, press with potato masher, and fill with dates.
4. Transfer to the baking pan.
5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
