INGREDIENTS
50g (1/4 cup) of mascarpone
50g (1/4 cup) of goat cheese
Dates
Almonds
Cinnamon
Honey
METHOD
1. Mix the mascarpone and goat cheese in a bowl with a spatula.
2. Cut the dates in half without splitting them completely, and remove the pit. Fill the dates with mascarpone/goat cheese mixture.
3. Transfer the filled dates to the plate and garnish with chopped almonds, cinnamon, and honey. Serve and enjoy.
