Stuffed dates: for a super tasty snack that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS
12 majool dates
130g (½ cup) smooth peanut butter
12 pecan nuts
175 g (1 cup) dark chocolate
METHOD
1. Carefully slice each date and remove the pit.
2. Fill each hollow date with some peanut butter and pecan. Transfer onto a cutting board and freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Melt dark chocolate and deep each date into the chocolate. Freeze for 5 minutes more. Drizzle with leftover chocolate for decor and serve.
