Stuffed bread: everyone will love it!

So delicious and fun, here's how to make it at home:

INGREDIENTS
 ¼ cup warm milk;
 ¼ cup sour cream or yogurt;
 ½ bitten egg;
 160 g (5.6 oz) flour;
 1 tsp dry yeast;
 1 tsp sugar;
 3 tbsp butter, melted;
 shredded cheese to taste.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk warm milk with sugar and yeast, then set aside until yeast is bubbly.
  2.  Add egg and yogurt, whisk. Combine salt with flour and add dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Knead until smooth dough forms, then cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
  3.  Roll out the dough into a disk, place as much shredded cheese as you prefer in the center, brush the edges with a little bit of water and pinch the edges together, covering the cheese filling. Try to remove as much air as possible.
  4.  Re-shape the bread into a circle if needed. Heat some vegetable oil over medium-low heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, pour melted butter on top and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
