Stuffed bread: everyone will love it!

So delicious and fun, here's how to make it at home:
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup warm milk;
¼ cup sour cream or yogurt;
½ bitten egg;
160 g (5.6 oz) flour;
1 tsp dry yeast;
1 tsp sugar;
3 tbsp butter, melted;
shredded cheese to taste.
METHOD
- Whisk warm milk with sugar and yeast, then set aside until yeast is bubbly.
- Add egg and yogurt, whisk. Combine salt with flour and add dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Knead until smooth dough forms, then cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a disk, place as much shredded cheese as you prefer in the center, brush the edges with a little bit of water and pinch the edges together, covering the cheese filling. Try to remove as much air as possible.
- Re-shape the bread into a circle if needed. Heat some vegetable oil over medium-low heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, pour melted butter on top and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
