Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread: everyone will love the result

This is a family favorite for sure!

INGREDIENTS

Dough:

200g (1 1/3 cups) of Bread flour

7g of Dry yeast

8g (1 tbsp) of Sugar
4g (1/2 tsp) of Salt

15ml (2 tbsp) of Olive oil
120ml of Warm water

Garlic Sauce:

10g (1/2 tbsp) of Minced garlic

20g (2 tbsp) of Melted butter

30g (1 tbsp) of Cream cheese

Toppings:

280g of Mozzarella cheese

Parmesan Cheese

Oregano

METHOD

In a bowl add the yeast, sugar, and water to dissolve the yeast. Add flour, salt and mix together.
Add the oil and knead until the dough is smooth. Let it rest until the dough is doubled 2-3 times (about 2-3 hours).
In another bowl add the melted butter, cream cheese, garlic, and mix all together.
Cut the dough in half and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. First, add the cream cheese mixture, then add the Mozzarella cheese, parmesan, and oregano.
Bake in the oven at 420°F/210°C for 10 minutes.
