Savory fried bread skewers: a treat everyone will love!

Place the small balls of dough throught the skewer and fry for a few minutes, the result is just incredible!

INGREDIENTS

• 450g /3 cups flour

• 1 cup water

• 2 tbsp oil

• 1 tsp yeast

• 1 tsp sugar

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 egg

• 3 peppers

• 200g cheese

• frying oil

METHOD

Knead the dough. Let rise.
Cut three peppers of three colors, add to the dough.
Form balls in the middle by putting cheese and string them on skewers. Let rise. Fry in plenty of oil.
