Bread skewers: a savory treat ready with 3 ingredients!

Easy and delicious, your kids will love them!

INGREDIENTS

1 sheet puff pastry;

200 g (2 cups) mozzarella, shredded;

2 egg yolks, sesame seeds.

METHOD

Preheat oven to 190C/375F. Make two tubes wrapping foil over the crumpled baking paper.
Roll out puff pastry and cut it into 16 squares.
Roll out each squire slightly and place heaping tbsp of shredded cheese on top. Gather the corners of the dough and wrap it around the cheese to cover it completely.
Skewer 4 cheese balls on each skewer, roll them in whisked egg yolks and cover with sesame seeds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes then serves right away.
