Savory tomato cake: perfect for a special treat with your friends!

Mix all the ingredients to a delicious savory cake that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup yogurt

• 2 cups flour (all purpose)

• 1 cup potato starch

• 1 cup oil

• 1 cup parmesan cheese

• 1 cup milk

• 3 eggs

• 10g baking powder

• salt

• 100g salami

• 100g ham

• 100g cheese

• 4 tomatoes

• 1 tbsp sugar

• 2 cloves garlic

• butter

METHOD

Beat with a mixer all the ingredients for the dough. Add chopped salami, ham and cheese. Mix.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add sugar, garlic. Fry. Add sliced tomatoes. Fry.
Put the fried tomatoes at the bottom of the mold and pour the mixture on them.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
