A beautiful dish for your next brunch, this savory stuffed bundt cake is everything you love about breakfast in one gorgeous and easy presentation!
INGREDIENTS

DOUGH
•4 eggs
• 2 tsp sugar
• 150ml oil
• 5 tbsp yogurt
• 1 pack baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 300g flour
• 150g corn flour
FILLING
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 1 cup mozzarella, finely chopped
• 2 tomatoes
• Dill or parsley
• Sesame seeds
- METHOD
In a large bowl, mix the flour and eggs, and then add all the other ingredients for the dough. - As the dough becomes smooth, add the ingredients for the filling.
- Grease the baking form with butter and sprinkle the sesame seeds on the bottom, and then put the dough.
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 45 minutes.
