Savory bundt cake: just 10 minutes of preparation, this is the perfect for your next brunch!

A beautiful dish for your next brunch, this savory stuffed bundt cake is everything you love about breakfast in one gorgeous and easy presentation!

INGREDIENTS
DOUGH
•4 eggs
• 2 tsp sugar
• 150ml oil
• 5 tbsp yogurt
• 1 pack baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 300g flour
• 150g corn flour
 
FILLING
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 1 cup mozzarella, finely chopped
• 2 tomatoes
• Dill or parsley
• Sesame seeds
 
  1. METHOD
    In a large bowl, mix the flour and eggs, and then add all the other ingredients for the dough.
  2. As the dough becomes smooth, add the ingredients for the filling.
  3. Grease the baking form with butter and sprinkle the sesame seeds on the bottom, and then put the dough.
  4. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 45 minutes.
