How to make a cake in a pan in just 10 minutes!

Super easy and quick to make! 
 
INGREDIENTS
75g (1/2 cup) flour 
1g (1/4 tsp)  baking soda
50g  (1/4 cup) sugar 
30g (2 tbsp) butter 
10g (2 tsp) vanilla
1 egg 
60g (1/4 cup) milk
1g (1/4 tsp) salt 
 
Milk bath: 
70g (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp) milk
50g (3 tbsp) condensed milk 
 
Whipped cream
Blackberries

METHOD
  1. Melt the butter in a pan.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the sugar, vanilla, and egg. Beat well. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and milk and mix well.
  3. Return the pan to the heat and bake the cake. Make a mixture of milk and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Pour over the cake.
  5. Cover the cake with whipped cream and decorate with blackberries. Serve.
