Crazy cake: just pour all the ingredients in a cake pan!

Here's how to make a cake without the mess! 
 
INGREDIENTS
200g flour
200g sugar
80ml vegetable oil
16g baking powder
250ml milk
chocolate chips
 
METHOD
1. Pour the flour, the baking powder and the sugar into the cake pan.
2. Add the oil and the milk and mix.
3. Add the chocolate chips and bake at 360°F for 35 minutes.
4. Serve warm with powdered sugar.
