Blended banana cake: just blend all the ingredients together!

Blend the bananas and then add the sugar. It will be so tasty and moist!

INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
50ml vegetable oil
200g sugar
3 eggs
200ml milk
300g flour
16g baking powder

powdered sugar, as needed
sliced bananas

DIRECTIONS
1. Put the bananas in a blender. Add the vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs. Blend everything together for at least 8 minutes.
2. Add the milk and flour, and lastly the baking powder.
3. Once the batter has doubles in volume, pour it in a 26cm diameter cake pan
4. Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes.
5. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with some sliced banana.
