Blended strawberry cake: moist and fluffy!

Blend the strawberries and make the best delicious sponge cake ever!
INGREDIENTS
• 6 egg whites
• 100g / 2/3 cup sugar
• 100g / 2/3 cup fresh strawberries
• 60ml / 2.1oz milk
• 6 egg yolks
• 80ml / 2.8oz vegetable oil
• 2 drops of red food coloring, optional
• 1/4 tsp strawberry essence
• 120g / 0.8 cup flour
METHOD
- In a bowl, beat the egg whites with sugar until peaks.
- In a blender, add milk and strawberries together and mix.
- In another bowl, mix the yolks and vegetable oil. Add the strawberry-milk mixture, mix well. Add red color as needed and strawberry essence.
- Add flour to the mixture and beat well. Add egg whites.
- Pour the dough into a cake pan. Place in a baking pan filled with warm water and bake at 180 ° C / 350 ° F for 60 minutes.
