Strawberry cake: fluffy and delicious!

Just blend the strawberries with the eggs to make an incredibly moist cake ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
300g (1 1/2 cups) strawberries
3 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
80ml (1/3 cup) water
80ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
1 grated lemon
200g (2 + 1/4 cups) flour
16g (1 + 1/2 tbsp) baking powder

For decoration:
Almond slices
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add strawberries, eggs, sugar and mix with an immersion blender.
  2. Add water, oil, grated lemon, flour, baking powder and mix again until combined well.
  3. Grease the pan with butter and flour, add a mixture and add chopped strawberries and almond slices on top.
  4. Bake at 185°C/350°F 45 minutes.
  5. Decorate with powdered sugar.
