Strawberry cake: fluffy and delicious!

Just blend the strawberries with the eggs to make an incredibly moist cake ready in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
300g (1 1/2 cups) strawberries
3 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
80ml (1/3 cup) water
80ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
1 grated lemon
200g (2 + 1/4 cups) flour
16g (1 + 1/2 tbsp) baking powder
For decoration:
Almond slices
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl add strawberries, eggs, sugar and mix with an immersion blender.
- Add water, oil, grated lemon, flour, baking powder and mix again until combined well.
- Grease the pan with butter and flour, add a mixture and add chopped strawberries and almond slices on top.
- Bake at 185°C/350°F 45 minutes.
- Decorate with powdered sugar.
