Chocolate cake with strawberries: beautiful and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
For the chocolate cake:
110g Flour
3g Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
30g Cocoa powder
150g Sugar
1 Egg
30g Butter
30g Olive oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
130ml Milk
1 tbsp Wine vinegar

1/2 tsp Salt
30g Cocoa powder

3 cups fresh strawberries
3 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 chocolate sticks
1/4 cup honey
3 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 chocolate sticks
1/4 cup honey
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for cake together. Pour the batter in the small round form.
Bake the cake for 20 min at 180°C/350°F. Let the cake cool completely.
Cut the cake in half.
Beat sugar, heavy cream and cocoa powder until hard peaks form.
Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the first cake. Place a layer of slices strawberries and cover with whipped cream, cover with second cake layer. Cover all cake with cream
Decorate with chocolate sticks
Fill the top of the cake with fresh strawberries.
