Strawberry chocolate bar

Ingredients:
300 g (10 oz) dark chocolate, chopped;
1/3 cup pistachios, peeled and chopped;
fresh strawberries.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 100C (210F). Cover baking sheet with parchment.
Slice strawberries and place on the baking sheet. Let the slices dry in the oven for 90 minutes then leave to cool down completely.
Melt dark chocolate and pour it into rectangular pan covered with parchment.
Add dried strawberries and chopped pistachios on top. Leave to set completely.
