Chocolate Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients:
fresh strawberries;
dark chocolate;
white chocolate.

Instructions
Using a small paring knife cut of the top of each strawberry and carefully remove the insides transforming berry into a cup.
Melt dark chocolate and pour into a pastry bag (or zip-lock bag). Cut off a small tip and fill each strawberry cup with chocolate. Cover berries with tops and chill for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile melt white chocolate and dip strawberries into it 2/3 way up. Transfer onto a parchment paper and chill for 10 minutes more.
