Deep Fried Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries

INGREDIENTS
300g ice cream, softened
1 tbsp powdered sugar
18 strawberries
2 cups pancake mix
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup  milk
2 eggs
oil, for frying

PREPARATION
Cut the stem off of the strawberry. Scoop out the center of the strawberry and fill all strawberries with softened ice cream.
In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, milk, and eggs.
Cover the stuffed strawberries with the batter. Fry  strawberries for 1 minute.
Serve with powdered sugar.
