Deep fried chicken rolls: perfect for a surprising dinner!

We found the best way to make chicken rolls!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1.15l (4.7 cups) milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp oil
720g (5.8 cups) corn flour
450g (3.6 cups) flour (all purpose)
3 tbsp baking powder
3 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tsp salt
3 chicken breast
Emmental cheese
Ham
Oil
METHOD
- Beat milk, eggs, oil. Mix the cornmeal, flour, salt, baking powder and pepper. Pour milk mixture and mix well.
- Cut the chicken breast into 2 pieces. Fight back. Put cheese, ham on each brisket and roll-up. String each roll on a skewer and wrap it in cellophane. Freeze for 2 hours.
- Dip the frozen chicken roll on a skewer into the batter and deep-fry.
