Deep fried chicken rolls: perfect for a surprising dinner!

We found the best way to make chicken rolls!

INGREDIENTS
1.15l (4.7 cups) milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp oil
720g (5.8 cups) corn flour
450g (3.6 cups) flour (all purpose)
3 tbsp baking powder
3 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tsp salt
 
3 chicken breast
Emmental cheese
Ham
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Beat milk, eggs, oil. Mix the cornmeal, flour, salt, baking powder and pepper. Pour milk mixture and mix well.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into 2 pieces. Fight back. Put cheese, ham on each brisket and roll-up. String each roll on a skewer and wrap it in cellophane. Freeze for 2 hours.
  3. Dip the frozen chicken roll on a skewer into the batter and deep-fry.
