SAVORY CHRISTMAS LOG: the perfect appetizer to prepare for the Christmas dinner! 🎄

INGREDIENTS
250g of prawns
5 slices of sandwich bread
200g (3/4 cup) of mayonnaise
250g of smoked salmon
 
For decoration
320g (1 1/2 cups) of cream cheese
35g (2 1/2 tbsp) of mayonnaise
Chives

METHOD
1. Place the slices of sandwich bread on a cutting board one above the other so that the long edges overlap slightly. Roll the bread with a rolling pin to thin them out and seal them together.
2. Spread the mayonnaise on sandwich bread and place the salmon and prawns cutted in half.
3. Roll up the sandwich bread and wrap it in cling film. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 
4. In a food processor, add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and chives, and mix to obtain a creamy mixture.
5. After time has elapsed transfer the roll to the cutting board and cut the edges.
6. Place the log and the ends on a serving dish and cover with the prepared cream cheese mixture.
7. Make a decoration with the fork and decorate with pink peppercorns and fennel. Cut a slice and serve.
