Chocolate and strawberry cake: FLUFFY and DELICIOUS! πŸ“πŸ«πŸ₯°

INGREDIENTS
60g of dark chocolate
60g (1/4 cup) of butter
2 eggs
160g (3/4 cup) of sugar
A pinch of salt
230ml (1 cup) of milk
240g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
40g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
260g of strawberries
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. In a small bowl add the chocolate pieces and butter and transfer to the microwave for 2 minutes.
2. Mix the eggs, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl and mix with the electric mixer. Add the melted chocolate with butter and continue mixing.
3. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder to obtain no lump mixture.
4. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add them to the mixture (save some for the surface). Incorporate them with a spatula.
5. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (22cm - mold size) covered with parchment and cover with the strawberries.
6. Transfer the cake to the oven and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 50 minutes.
7. Transfer the cake to a serving dish and decorate it with powdered sugar. Cut a slice and serve.
