Strawberry moist cake: so fluffy and easy to prepare!

Pour the batter over the strawberries for the best cake ever!

INGREDIENTS
  • 200 g / 1.6 cups flour
  • 80ml / 0.37 cup oil
  • 70g / 0.35 cup sugar
  • 90ml / 0.37cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 10g lemon juice
  • 5g baking powder
  • lemon zest
  • salt
  • strawberry
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients. At the bottom of the mold with parchment paper, lay the strawberries. Pour the mixture with strawberries.
  2. Bake 50 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
