This strawberry cake is a moist and aromatic dessert that you will love. The strawberries melt into the batter as it cooks, giving it a unique flavor.

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
200g sugar
pinch of salt
250g flour
180g vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 packet of baking powder
vanilla essence
lemon zest

DIRECTIONS
Beat together the eggs and the sugar, and add a pinch of salt. Add oil, yogurt, flavorings, and gradually add the sifted flour. Add the baking powder and mix everything together well. Lastly, add the sliced strawberries. Pour the batter in a 22cm round buttered springform and decorate with more strawberries. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Dust with some powdered sugar and serve warm.
