Rose strawberry cake: this dessert will be a hit!

INGREDIENTS
500g (3 cups) flour
100ml (2/5 cup) milk
10g (2 tsp) dry yeast
1 egg
1 lemon
125ml (½ cup) yogurt
100g (½ cup) sugar
60g (¼ cup) melted butter
300g strawberries
30g (3 tbsp) sugar
Apricot jam
METHOD
- Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar. Let it rise.
- Pour flour, eggs and prepared mixture into a mixing bowl. Knead the dough and let it rise for 120 minutes.
- Pour strawberries, lemon zest, sugar and lemon juice into the pan. Cook until you get a thick mixture.
- Strain the strawberry juice and pour the rest into another bowl. Roll out the dough and coat with strawberry jam.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into 8 parts. Wrap them in a baking tin and let them rise for another 120 minutes.
- Coat the cake with melted butter. Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 30.
- Coat the cake with apricot jam and strawberry juice. Serve.
