Rose strawberry cake: this dessert will be a hit!

INGREDIENTS
500g (3 cups) flour
100ml (2/5 cup) milk
10g (2 tsp) dry yeast
1 egg
1 lemon
125ml (½ cup) yogurt
100g (½ cup) sugar
60g (¼ cup) melted butter
300g strawberries
30g (3 tbsp) sugar
Apricot jam

METHOD
  1. Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar. Let it rise.
  2. Pour flour, eggs and prepared mixture into a mixing bowl. Knead the dough and let it rise for 120 minutes.
  3. Pour strawberries, lemon zest, sugar and lemon juice into the pan. Cook until you get a thick mixture.
  4. Strain the strawberry juice and pour the rest into another bowl. Roll out the dough and coat with strawberry jam.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut it into 8 parts. Wrap them in a baking tin and let them rise for another 120 minutes.
  6. Coat the cake with melted butter. Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 30.
  7. Coat the cake with apricot jam and strawberry juice. Serve.
