Raspberry Jello Cake: it will be a hit!

This is the perfect dessert for any occasion, beautiful and delicious, here's how to make in a few steps at home:

For the Cake Layer:
4 large eggs, room temp
70g granulated sugar
¼ tsp vanilla
70g all-purpose flour
For the Syrup:
70ml warm water
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
For the Raspberry Mousse:
170g raspberry jello
230g whipped cream
Topping Ingredients:
90g raspberry jello
170g raspberries
METHOD
- Prepare a biscuit. Make solid egg whites and half sugar. Then whisk the egg yolk with the rest of the sugar. Combine the mixture into one fine, foamy mass. Add the vanilla extract and flour
- Pour the mass into a mold lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
- Prepare syrup for coating biscuit with water, sugar and lemon juice.
- Once the biscuit has baked and cooled, place it in a mold and cover with syrup.
- Keep preparing the mousse. Sit with raspberry jelly with lukewarm water. Whisk the whipped cream and add the jelly. Pour the prepared mousse into the mold, arrange the raspberries and place the cake in the fridge.
- Prepare raspberry jelly and pour over the cake.
- Return the cake to cool.
- Enjoy this perfectly delicious dessert.
