Champagne Jello Shots

Ingredients:1 cup sparkling water
2 packets gelatin
3/4 cup Prosecco
1/4 cup vodka
golden sugar
Method:
Bring sparkling cider to boil. Pour over gelatin and stir until it dissolved.
Stir in vodka and champagne.
Sprinkle golden sugar on the bottoms of your mold. Fill them with champagne mixture and chill for 3 - 4 hours.
Run a sharp paring knife around the edge of the jello and flip out onto a wax-paper.
Sprinkle with golden sugar.
