Pineapple Upside-Down Shots

Ingredients:
one jar maraschino cherries
1⅓ cups pineapple juice
2 tbsp powdered gelatin
½ – ¾ cup vanilla vodka
1½ tbsp grenadine


Method:
Cut the bottom off of each maraschino cherry.
Grease the mini muffin tins. Place 1 cherry in each cup of the muffin tins.
Mix pineapple juice with gelatin and leave for 3 minutes.
Heat the pan over medium heat and whisk until gelatin are completely dissolved. Let it cool.
Add the vodka.
Divide mixture into two parts and add the grenadine to one part.
Fill a half of the mini muffin tins with grenadine mixture. Chill for 20 minutes.
Add some pineapple juice mixture to each cup. Chill for 20 minutes.
Run a sharp paring knife around the edge of the jello and flip out onto a wax-paper.
