Upside Down Chicken Parm Mug Pies

INGREDIENTS
Chicken nuggets
1 cup tomato Sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella
2 tbsp chopped basil
250g dry spaghetti, cooked
3/4 cup melted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Pizza Dough
 

METHOD:
Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Bake chicken nuggets according to the package.
In a bowl mix together butter, garlic, and parsley.  Pour 3/4 of this mixture over the cooked spaghetti.
In a mug add two tablespoons of tomato sauce followed by mozzarella, fresh basil, mozzarella, 3-4 chicken nuggets, tomato sauce and enough spaghetti to fill the cup.  Brush the rim of the mug with a bit of oil.  Top with a round of pizza dough.
Brush each pie with the rest of garlic butter mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
Flip the mug upside down onto a plate. Use a knife to release the dough from the mug.
