Upside down banana tart: every slice will be heavenly!

If you love bananas, you should try this amazing tart!
INGREDIENTS

1 sheet puff pastry;
5 bananas;
115 g (1/2 cup) butter;
110 g (1/2 cup) brown sugar;
110 g (1/2 cup) white sugar;
1 tsp cinnamon;
1 tsp vanilla extract.
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 190C/375F.
- Unfold puff pastry and cut the circle using a 20cm springform as a stencil. Poke puff pastry base with a fork all over the surface.
- Melt butter and add both types of sugar into it. Cook on medium-low for 5 minutes, until sugar dissolves.
- Add vanilla and cinnamon into the caramel.
- Peel bananas and cut 2 of them into pieces to fit into the pan as shown in the video.
- Place bananas in caramel and use a spoon to coat them in it.
- Transfer bananas into a prepared baking pan, pour the caramel on top and cover with a puff pastry base.
- Bake for 30 minutes, let cool down for 1 hour and then flip on the serving plate.
