Upside down banana cake: the delicious fruit dessert easy to prepare!

Just pour the batter over the bananas to make an incredible cake in no-time! 
 
INGREDIENTS
15g (1 tbsp) unsalted butter
40g (3 tbsp) brown sugar
3 bananas, ripe
100g (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) flour
1 tsp of baking powder
pinch of salt
40ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
100ml (1/2 cup) buttermilk

METHOD
  1. Cut the bananas in half, peel them and cut them into slices.
  2. Melt the butter with sugar, boil the golden caramel.
  3. Add the bananas into the pan with caramel.
  4. Mix in a bowl egg, vanilla, salt, sugar and whisk.
  5. Add buttermilk, vegetable oil and whisk again.
  6. In a separate bowl mix the flour with baking powder and add gradualy to the prepared mixture.
  7. Add mixture into the pan with the bananas.
  8. Bake 180°С/360°F 40 minutes.
