Upside down banana cake: the delicious fruit dessert easy to prepare!

Just pour the batter over the bananas to make an incredible cake in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
15g (1 tbsp) unsalted butter
40g (3 tbsp) brown sugar
3 bananas, ripe
100g (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) flour
1 tsp of baking powder
pinch of salt
40ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
100ml (1/2 cup) buttermilk
METHOD
- Cut the bananas in half, peel them and cut them into slices.
- Melt the butter with sugar, boil the golden caramel.
- Add the bananas into the pan with caramel.
- Mix in a bowl egg, vanilla, salt, sugar and whisk.
- Add buttermilk, vegetable oil and whisk again.
- In a separate bowl mix the flour with baking powder and add gradualy to the prepared mixture.
- Add mixture into the pan with the bananas.
- Bake 180°С/360°F 40 minutes.
