Banana donut: fragrant and easy to prepare!

Pour the batter over the bananas to make a great dessert in no-time!
INGREDIENTS

100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
40ml (2 1/2 tbsp) hot water
3 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
80ml (2/5 cup) sunflower oil
150ml (3/5 cup) milk
8 g of baking powder
200g (1 1/4 cups) flour
2 medium bananas
1/2 lemon juice
40ml (2 1/2 tbsp) hot water
3 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
80ml (2/5 cup) sunflower oil
150ml (3/5 cup) milk
8 g of baking powder
200g (1 1/4 cups) flour
2 medium bananas
1/2 lemon juice
METHOD
- Clean and slices bananas and pour them with lemon juice.
- In a saucepan make caramel and transfer it to the baking pan. Top with bananas.
- In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, oil, and milk, sift in flour and baking powder, pour the prepared mixture onto the bananas.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
