Milk donut: fragrant, quick and easy to prepare!

This cake is perfect for a tasty breakfast or snack!
INGREDIENTS
250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
130g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) of sugar
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
200ml (1 cup) of milk
90g (1/2 cup) of butter (melted)
1 tsp of vanilla extract

METHOD
- In a bowl add the 00 flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, then mix the powders quickly with a hand whisk.
- In another bowl add the egg, then add the milk and melted butter. Then add the vanilla extract and mix with a whisk.
- Finally, add the liquids to the "powders" and mix with a whisk until all lumps are removed.
- Grease a mold (21cm mold size) and pour in the mixture.
- Bake at 175°C for about 30 minutes in a static oven.
