Apricot brioches: fragrant and easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
500g (4 1/4 cups) flour
60ml (1/4 cup) water
1 egg
60ml (1/4 cup) milk
100 g yogurt
7g dry yeast
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
Apricots
Apricot marmalade
Powdered sugar
Egg yolk
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk, water, honey and yeast. Add in egg, yogurt, flour and butter.
- Let the dough rise for about an hour.
- Roll out the dough and put marmalade with apricots on top.
- Transfer to the baking pan. Spread with egg yolk.
- Bake at 170’C (340’F) for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
