Apple brioches: the dessert to try, ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
300g (2.4 cups) flour 00
80g (0.4 cup) sugar
75ml (0.3 cup) milk
3 eggs
50g (0.1 cup) honey
70ml (0.3 cup) butter
10 g vanilla sugar
15g (1 tbsp) baking powder
2 apples
Juice of half a lemon
Apricot jam
Coconut flour
METHOD
- To prepare the dough for the brioches, mix the eggs and sugar, stirring until you get a frothy mass. Then add vanilla sugar, milk, honey and butter. Combine the ingredients, then sift and add the flour and baking powder. You will get a medium-thick mixture that you pour into a dressing bag, with a smaller extension. Cut the apples into slices, then pour lemon juice over them.
- Apply the mixture for brioches, in a circle, 10 cm in diameter, on baking paper, then arrange three slices of apples in each brioche and put it to bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- When the brioches are baked, coat them with apricot jam and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
