Apple cake in an iron skillet: ready in no-time!

How to make an apple cake  without oven!

INGREDIENTS
130g butter
150g milk
150g sugar
300g flour
3 eggs
16g baking powder
1 big apple
2 tbsp brown sugar
 
METHOD
In a bowl, beat butter, sugar and eggs with a mixer
Add flour and milk. Then add baking powder
Peel the apple, cut it into slices
Grease a pan with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar
Put beautiful apple slices and pour batter on top, cover with a lid
Fry for 30-35 minutes on low heat, so that nothing burns
Turn over and add 10 minutes
