Layered Cookie Cake: a dreamy dessert ready in no-time!

If you're the type of person who finds it hard to choose between cake and cookies, then the cookie cake hybrid is definitely for you! Easy to make and delicious, pour the batter over the cookies is all you need.
INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
1 glass of sugar
1 glass of milk
1 water of oil
2 cups of flour
1 packet of baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
2 packed cocoa biscuits
1pack whipped cream
strawberries for decoration
1/4 cup of hazelnut grain
METHOD
- In a bowl beat eggs with sugar, add in oil, milk, vanilla, flour and backing powder.
- Pour the first lawyer of dough mixture in a baking tray then put a lawyer with biscuits. Repeat it. Finish with a lawyer of dough. Bake at 180° ( 356 ' F ) for 25 minutes.
- Pour the whipped cream on top of the cake then add crushed coockies, hazelnut grain and strawberries.
