Pomegranate cake: a stunning cake ready in no-time!

Just blend the pomegranate to make an incredible cake in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
200g (1.6 cup) flour
200g (1 cup) sugar
Red icing color
160 ml pomegranate juice from 2 large pomegranates (200g)
METHOD
- Blend the pomegranate, then squeeze the juice. Pour the juice into a whisk, add the eggs and sugar and whisk the fine foamy mixture. Add flour and combine everything.
- Pour into a 24 cm mold and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
