Chocolate pie: a delicious cake ready in no-time!

Everyone will love this recipe!

INGREDIENTS
225ml (0.9 cup) milk
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
½ tsp salt
1 egg
10g dry yeast
630g (5 cups) flour (all purpose)
20g cocoa
100g (0.44 cup) butter
10g baking powder
 
Egg yolk
Milk
 
Nut cream
Nuts
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients (except cocoa), knead the dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Add cocoa to one part and mix. Let rise for 1 hour.
  3. Separate a small amount of dough from the brown part. Roll out the cakes of two colors. Lay one on top of the other and cut in a circle. Form the edge. Poke the bottom of the Brioche with a fork.
  4. Grease the edges with egg yolk and milk. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
  5. Decorate the finished Brioche with nuts and nut cream.
