Chocolate pie: a delicious cake ready in no-time!

225ml (0.9 cup) milk
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
½ tsp salt
1 egg
10g dry yeast
630g (5 cups) flour (all purpose)
20g cocoa
100g (0.44 cup) butter
10g baking powder
Egg yolk
Milk
Nut cream
Nuts
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients (except cocoa), knead the dough.
- Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Add cocoa to one part and mix. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Separate a small amount of dough from the brown part. Roll out the cakes of two colors. Lay one on top of the other and cut in a circle. Form the edge. Poke the bottom of the Brioche with a fork.
- Grease the edges with egg yolk and milk. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
- Decorate the finished Brioche with nuts and nut cream.
